Title:Yin‑Yang Intercourse — The Supreme Method of Return and Expansion

Among all the arts of return, there is one that the ancients placed above the rest — the intercourse of yin and yang between man and woman. It is the highest method of restoring the origin and expanding the dimensions of life. Yet of all teachings, this is the one most distorted, most vulgarized, most stripped of its meaning. To recover it, we must first set aside every image the age has attached to it and look at the movement itself.

Two Spirals That Complete the World

The life of a man unfolds as an outward spiral — expanding, dispersing, radiating. His yang nature is active, ascending, scattering, like sunlight poured abroad, endlessly pushing the subtle inner essence outward. The life of a woman folds as an inward spiral — gathering, condensing, receiving. Her yin nature is still, descending, collecting, like the earth's holding, drawing the outer world inward and settling it. One disperses, the other gathers; one ascends, the other descends. Between them the whole circulation of heaven and earth is completed.

These two spirals are born for each other. Yang without yin scatters and finds no home, drifting anchorless. Yin without yang congeals and cannot dissolve, stifled and blocked. Only when the two join, the two spirals interlocking, does either achieve its fullness. The outward spiral of the man needs the inward spiral of the woman to anchor it; the inward spiral of the woman needs the outward spiral of the man to stir it. Each is the root of the other. Lacking one, the other leans; leaning, it sickens; sickening, it falls.

When the two fields of spiral resonance match, when their potentials align, when their frequencies fall into accord, something older than desire awakens — the innate intercourse of yin and yang.

Resonance Is Not Manufactured

Let this be clear: this resonance cannot be forced by effort, cannot be fabricated by intention. It is the natural fit of two living systems at the subtle level of their foundations. It is like two strings sounding together — pluck one and the other answers, though no hand touched it. It is like the tide answering the moon, water rising because the moon has risen. When the outward frequency of a man and the inward frequency of a woman interlock and become each other's beat, the door of innate intercourse opens of itself. Nothing is willed into being; nothing is manufactured.

This intercourse is not the lust of the later age. It is not the appetite of the flesh, not the delight of the skin. It is two whole systems of life stirring each other, loosening each other, dissolving each other's fixations, restoring each other to the origin — a natural movement of the Way.

The difference could not be starker. Mundane desire stops at the pleasure of the skin, rises from the delight of the senses, is rooted in grasping, and ends in exhaustion. Innate intercourse rises from the resonance of the origin, is completed by the accord of frequencies, is rooted in openness, and ends in transformation. The first, the more it joins, the more it solidifies; the deeper it sinks. The second, the more it responds, the more it loosens; the more transparent it becomes. They look alike from a distance; they are worlds apart — one descending, one rising, one turbid, one clear.

The Melting of Age‑Old Fixation

Why is this the supreme method? Because the fixations of the body are not made in a day. They are the sediment of years — tangles in the Threadwork, stiffening of the crystal lattice, stagnation of blood and essence — thick as ice accumulated over a long winter. No ordinary force can break them. But at the extreme of resonance, the intercourse of yin and yang works like spring thawing ice, like warm water breaking the frozen river. It dissolves small fixations with a great force, resolves the parts through the whole, so that layer after layer of hardening loosens together and the stiffened lattice dissolves under the stir of the wave.

It softens the stiffness of the crystallized. It opens the blockage of the fixed essence. It restores the transparency of flowing essence. The life that has sunk is allowed to stretch open and ascend; the pattern that has locked shut is returned to its innate transparent state. This is the supreme use of yin‑yang intercourse — the fundamental method of the ancients for restoring the origin and expanding the dimensions of life.

The stiffness of the crystal is the deepest lock of life; the blockage of fixed essence is the most stubborn clog of life. Only the extreme of yin‑yang intercourse reaches this deepest layer — turning stiffness to softness, blockage to passage, fixation to flow. When layer after layer of hardening has been dissolved, the long‑sunken origin flows again like water freed from ice, rising and expanding; the long‑locked pattern breaks forth like a moth from its cocoon, returning to its innate transparent state.

Not the Body's Pleasure, but the Origin's Return

It must be said plainly, because the age will not say it: this intercourse is not for pleasure, not for possession, not for reputation, not even for the sake of companionship. It exists for one purpose only — to dissolve the age‑old solidification, to trace the life back to its origin, to go against the great tide of ten thousand generations of sinking, and to restore the innate transparent truth.

The one who reads this and feels only the stirring of appetite has read it with the wrong instrument. The one who reads this and understands that two complete lives, in their deepest subtlety, may join to unburden each other of ages — that one has begun to grasp what the ancients meant.
